Solace Residency is a new 2025 build — Ground plus 3 floors, 22 rooms, 44 beds. Every room comes with AC, an attached bathroom, a study table, and wardrobe. The washing machine is fully automatic and shared across two floors; same with the refrigerator. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned twice a week. WiFi covers the entire building. A small in-house park is on the premises — one of very few PGs in Sector 167 that has one.

You're right off Rajput Chowk, which means autos and bikes are always available. Sector 142 Metro is 6 minutes away. The building stays open 24/7 with no curfew, a warden is on-site, and the owner Manish Chauhan lives nearby — maintenance gets handled the same day. Close proximity to Advant Navisys, Assotech Business Park, and Candor TechSpace.

What is the rent at Solace Residency?

Rent starts at ₹5,000/month for Triple Sharing, ₹6,000/month for Double Sharing, and ₹10,000/month for a Single Room. All rooms include AC. An additional ₹2,000/month is charged for AC usage during summer (April–September).

Is food available at Solace Residency?

Yes, food is optional at ₹3,000/month via a nearby cloud kitchen. The plan covers 2 meals on weekdays (lunch and dinner) and 3 meals on weekends (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Delivery is to the reception area. You can opt in or out on a monthly basis.

What is the security deposit?

The deposit is half a month's rent — ₹2,500 for Triple Sharing, ₹3,000 for Double Sharing, and ₹5,000 for a Single Room. It is fully refundable with 15 days notice before moving out.

What is the notice period to vacate?

15 days notice is required before vacating. There is no lock-in period or long-term commitment.
