Most Sector 135 PGs bundle two meals (breakfast + dinner), WiFi, and 8+ hours of power backup into the base rent — triple sharing starts near ₹6,080, doubles sit ₹9,200–₹14,000, and singles run ₹7,224–₹16,500 depending on AC and an attached bathroom. AC rooms add ₹1,000–₹2,000/month and almost every PG meters electricity separately at ₹8–₹12/unit, so a summer AC bill can quietly stack ₹1,500–₹2,500 on top of the rent you were quoted — ask exactly how AC power is billed before you sign. Expect a security deposit of one to two months’ rent and 30 days’ notice to vacate, with little to no brokerage since most owners list directly. June–July is peak joining season for TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture and rents tend to run ₹500–₹1,500 above these starting figures — if your offer gives you any room, lock a PG in May before the rush.

Daily life and amenities in Sector 135

  • Food & Dining
    • Village dhabas in Bajidpur and Wazidpur serve full dinner thalis for ₹60–₹80 — the cheapest sit-down meal in the sector, cash-only, no delivery
    • The Candor TechSpace food court covers weekday lunches at ₹80–₹150 and runs a round-the-clock base kitchen — genuinely useful if you’re on a Genpact or WNS night shift
    • Tiffin services for the Candor crowd run ₹2,500–₹4,000/month for two daily meals; Zomato and Swiggy reach the sector but riders routinely get lost in the village galis, so drop a landmark or the Candor gate when you order
  • Getting Around
    • Sector 142 Metro on the Aqua Line (NMRC) is about 1.1 km out — a 10–15 min walk, or ₹15–₹20 in a shared auto from the village-side cluster
    • E-rickshaws shuttle to the Sector 142 Metro gate for ₹10–₹15 in daylight; Rapido bike taxis cover the same hop for ₹15–₹30 via app
    • The expressway service road in front of Candor locks up 9–10 AM and 6–8 PM — a 3-minute off-peak drive stretches to 12–15 minutes, and in those windows walking the village lanes to Candor is reliably faster than any cab
  • Daily Essentials
    • Kirana shops in Bajidpur and Wazidpur cover daily basics — dal, rice, milk, vegetables — and Blinkit and Zepto serve most of the sector, but there’s no DMart or Reliance Fresh inside Sector 135, so a real supermarket run means a cab to Sector 137 market
    • Apollo Pharmacy in Assotech Business Cresterra runs 7 AM–11 PM with home delivery and Felix Hospital’s polyclinic in the same complex handles outpatient visits only — the nearest 24/7 emergency hospital is Yatharth in Sector 110, several kilometres away
    • In-house laundry is rare in village PGs — local dhobis charge ₹5–₹15 a piece, and most buildings are 3–4 floor walk-ups with no lift, so factor the stairs if you land on a top floor
  • Safe to Stay
    • The campus side — Candor TechSpace and Assotech Business Cresterra — feels safe for a concrete reason: 24/7 CCTV, guards, access control, and constant foot traffic from Genpact, WNS, and Teleperformance night shifts that keeps it populated past midnight
    • The Expressway Police Station sits inside the sector, opposite the Fire Station on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway
    • The Bajidpur and Wazidpur lanes where most PGs actually sit are the weak spot — patchy street lighting, thin police presence after 8 PM, and residents flag it consistently; book a cab rather than walking these lanes once it’s dark

Everything you need to know about PG accommodation near Sector 135 Noida

IT offices and workplaces near Sector 135 Noida

Sector 135 is a one-campus PG market, and the campus is Candor TechSpace (Brookfield) — a 30-acre, 11-tower IT SEZ on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway that generates almost all the demand here. A PG in Sector 135 Noida is, in practice, a room you can walk to work from: most PGs sit 400 metres inland in Bajidpur or Wazidpur village, an 8–12 minute walk from Candor Gate 1. The tenant list is the reason people move in — TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Genpact, Samsung R&D, IBM, MetLife, Fidelity, NEC Technologies, Sopra Steria, WNS, and Teleperformance — and that walkable commute is the entire value proposition.

The campus runs like infrastructure. Genpact BPO, WNS, and Teleperformance keep it operating 24/7, so there’s a food court with a round-the-clock base kitchen, a free employee shuttle to Sector 142 Metro, 4,808 car-parking slots, ATMs, a gym, and dedicated cab pickup zones at each gate. For anyone on a campus roster shift, skipping ₹600–₹900/month in autos is a real line in the budget.

Right beside Candor on Plot 22, Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC) is a 14-acre, 7-tower complex — Birlasoft holds a full tower, IndiaMART’s corporate HQ sits on the 6th floor of Tower 2, and Genpact occupies half of Tower 5 — and it’s a walk-to-work address from most village PGs. BN Corporate Park is also in-sector, about a 7-minute walk from the village cluster.

If your office is in the Sector 142 pocket instead, Advant Navis Business Park (KPMG, Qualcomm, Samsung, BHEL, British Council) is a 3–5 minute drive down the internal sector road, with McDonald’s, Domino’s, and KFC at Uptown Square right outside it near Sector 142 Metro. GM IT Park and Stellar OKAS 1425 sit in the same pocket, both a 4–6 minute drive.

One warning before you assume a cab solves the commute: the expressway service road in front of Candor at 9–10 AM and 6–8 PM isn’t slow, it’s a standstill — a 3-minute drive becomes 12–15, and people who live in the village and walk consistently beat anyone driving in from Sector 137 or 142. If your office is inside Candor or ABC, living within walking distance isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s the commute strategy, so prioritise a PG within a kilometre of your gate over a cheaper room a sector away.

Daily life and essentials in Sector 135

There are two Sector 135s sharing one pin code. The expressway face is corporate Noida — glass towers, security gates, coffee counters in lobbies. Walk 400 metres inland and you’re in Bajidpur or Wazidpur village: narrow lanes, kirana shops, stray cattle, chai stalls, dhabas serving ₹60–₹80 thalis. Almost every PG is in the village, so for a TCS fresher or a Cognizant developer who just moved here, this — not the glass — is what daily life actually looks like.

Groceries: The village kiranas in Bajidpur and Wazidpur cover the basics — dal, rice, milk, vegetables, eggs. There’s no DMart, no Reliance Fresh, no supermarket inside the sector, so a monthly stock-up means a cab to Sector 137 market or an order on Blinkit or Zepto, both of which serve the area. Zomato and Swiggy deliver too, but riders routinely struggle with the unmarked galis in the village interiors — drop a landmark or the Candor gate as your reference when you order.

Medical: Apollo Pharmacy in the Assotech Business Cresterra complex runs 7 AM–11 PM daily with home delivery, and Felix Hospital keeps a polyclinic in the same complex for outpatient consultations. Neither is an emergency facility — the nearest hospital with round-the-clock emergency care is Yatharth Super Speciality in Sector 110, several kilometres out. For a sector this size that’s a genuine gap, so learn the route before you ever need it.

Food: If your PG includes meals, this is mostly handled. If not, the Candor food court covers weekday lunches (₹80–₹150, closed Sundays and holidays), village dhabas are the cheapest dinner, and tiffin services for the Candor crowd run ₹2,500–₹4,000/month for two meals a day — most have no app or website, so ask your PG owner or neighbours for a contact.

What’s not great: The sector flooded in July 2023 and again in August 2024 during heavy monsoon, with Yamuna overflow hitting Bajidpur and Wazidpur directly — some residents reported knee-deep water. Village street lighting is patchy and consistently flagged. After 7 PM on weekdays and through most of the weekend the sector goes quiet to the point of empty — no cinema, no mall, no park within walking distance, so weekend plans mean a cab to Sector 137 market or DLF Mall of India in Sector 18. Construction dust off the expressway projects is a steady, low-grade irritant on top of it.

Before you sign — especially for a June or July move-in — ask the owner point-blank which lane the building is on and whether it flooded in July 2023 or August 2024. A straight answer tells you more about that building than any photo on the listing ever will.

Colleges and universities near Sector 135 Noida

Sector 135 is an IT-professional hub, not a student area — there’s no college within a 10-minute radius, and the overwhelming majority of PG demand comes from Candor TechSpace, not campuses. The nearest degree-granting institution is JIIT (Jaypee Institute of Information Technology) in Sector 128, roughly 6–8 km out — 12–15 minutes in light traffic, but 20-plus minutes each way in peak. Amity University in Sector 125 (B.Tech, MBA, Law, Design) is about 11–12 km away, and Jaypee Business School in Sector 128 runs MBA and Fintech programs at a similar distance.

A few JIIT and Amity students do take rooms in Sector 135 precisely because rents here run ₹1,500–₹3,000/month below the sectors right next to campus — a real trade where you save on rent and spend it back on autos and Rapido. The exception is an internship at TCS, Cognizant, or Accenture inside Candor: then Sector 135 is the obvious base whether you’re a student or full-time. But for a JIIT student with no Candor tie, Sectors 125–128 will save you 30–40 minutes of daily commute.

There are no coaching centres — UPSC, CAT, GATE — near this sector; the nearest clusters are in Sectors 15, 18, 41, and 62, all 15–25 km away, so if coaching anchors your daily schedule this is the wrong place to live. If you’re a student on a fixed budget with a Candor internship lined up, the village-side PGs in Bajidpur are the right starting point — same sector, meaningfully lower rent, walking distance to the gate — but visit in person before committing, because quality swings sharply between buildings on the same lane.

Metro connectivity and transport from Sector 135

If you work at Candor, the metro question mostly answers itself — the free campus shuttle runs from the gate straight to Sector 142 Metro, so on a normal day you board on campus and step off at the station. For everyone else, Sector 142 on the Aqua Line (NMRC) is the nearest station, roughly 1.1 km from the core of Sector 135 — 10–15 minutes on foot or 3–5 by auto. Sector 143 is 2.2 km south (5–7 min drive) and Sector 137 is 3.3 km north-east (6–10 min drive). The Aqua Line runs first trains around 6 AM on weekdays (8 AM on Sundays) and last trains around 10 PM, with peak frequency every 7–8 minutes — fine for most shifts, but a finish past 10 means a cab home.

One thing that catches Delhi transplants off guard: DMRC smart cards do not work on the Aqua Line. You need an NMRC CITY1 Smart Card (sold at any Noida Metro counter, ~10% off per trip) or a QR ticket — and since September 2025 a single integrated QR, bookable from either the NMRC or DMRC app, is valid across both networks, so a Delhi interchange no longer means buying two separate tickets. To reach central Delhi: Aqua Line from Sector 142 to Sector 51 (~18 min, ~₹30), the air-conditioned skywalk to Sector 52 on the Blue Line (~5–7 min on travelators, free), then Blue Line to Rajiv Chowk (~35 min, ~₹43) — about 58–65 minutes door-to-door for roughly ₹73. A Sector 142–Botanical Garden extension has been approved and will eventually give a cleaner Delhi interchange; there’s no operational date worth planning around yet, so check current status before you bank on it.

For the last mile, shared autos and e-rickshaws between Sector 142 Metro and Sector 135 run ₹10–₹20, and Rapido bike taxis ₹15–₹30. Ola and Uber are dependable during office hours; after 10 PM waits stretch to 15–30 minutes across most of the sector, though Candor’s night-shift crowd keeps cabs marginally easier to find here than in purely residential pockets. The auto fare from the metro to a village-side PG is ₹20–₹30 each way — ₹1,200–₹1,800/month if you commute daily — so a room within walking distance of your gate pays for itself; run that number against the rent gap before you decide to live a sector out.

What real residents say about Sector 135

Verified experiences from PG residents in Sector 135 who found their home through ShriLiving

Joined TCS Noida last October and took a triple-sharing room in Wazidpur, was paying ₹7,500 with meals. Walk to Candor Gate 1 is a flat 10 minutes which meant literally zero auto spend on weekdays, and the food court did lunch for ₹100–₹120. The free campus shuttle to Sector 142 Metro meant weekends didn’t cost me anything extra either. For a fresher on a first posting I don’t think you find a tighter setup in this city.

Evening shifts at Genpact meant safety was the first question I asked, not the last. Went with a girls-only PG on the expressway side — CCTV in the corridors, proper lighting, and the owner sorts cab pickups from Candor Gate 3 for late returns without me having to ask each night. The Bajidpur lanes after 8 PM are a different world, I just don’t walk them. E-rickshaws to Sector 142 Metro were everywhere in daytime, and having the police station right in the sector settled me in faster than I expected.

Spent three weeks on NoBroker and 99acres and was about ready to quit — half the listings had year-old prices and rooms that looked nothing like the photos. Found my place through ShriLiving and the double room actually matched the pictures, was paying ₹10,000 with meals. The one real problem is the sector just dies after 8 PM — Saturday nights I’m cabbing out to Sector 137 or further to find anywhere to eat that isn’t a dhaba. Commute and value are solid, the weekend life genuinely doesn’t exist here.

Frequently Asked

Common questions about PG in Sector 135 Noida

Everything you need to know before booking a PG in Sector 135

PG rent in Sector 135 starts at ₹6,080/month for triple sharing and runs up to ₹16,500/month for a private AC room with meals, with most listings landing in the middle — double sharing with food typically ₹9,200–₹14,000/month.

Triple sharing: ₹6,080–₹8,500/month
Double sharing: ₹9,200–₹14,000/month
Single room: ₹7,224–₹16,500/month

Meals, WiFi, and power backup are bundled into the base rent at most PGs. AC adds ₹1,000–₹2,000/month, an attached bathroom another ₹3,000–₹4,000, and nearly every PG meters electricity separately at ₹8–₹12/unit — so a summer AC bill stacks real money on top of the listed rent. June–July is peak joining season for TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture and rents can run ₹500–₹1,500 higher in those months, so if your start date allows it, lock a room in May.
Yes — Sector 135 has dedicated girls-only PGs including Celinaa Girls PG, Happy Huddle Girls PG (near Gokuldham Mandir, Wazidpur), and Ashiyana PG, with several co-ed PGs also taking female tenants. Happy Huddle offers fully furnished rooms with attached washrooms, study tables, and housekeeping; Zolo Nived (rooms from around ₹6,080/month, CCTV, individual WiFi logins) and Roomsoom PG (double sharing with meals around ₹10,000) are among the most commonly shortlisted co-ed options.

On safety, the split matters: the campus side around Candor TechSpace and Assotech Business Cresterra has 24/7 CCTV and professional security, while the Bajidpur and Wazidpur village lanes where most PGs sit have patchy lighting and thin police presence after dark. If you’re on an evening or night shift at Genpact or WNS, book a cab home rather than walking the village lanes after 7 PM — regardless of which PG you pick. The Expressway Police Station inside the sector and the constant foot traffic from round-the-clock Candor operations make the expressway-facing PGs the safer bet after hours, so ask which side of the sector a building faces before you commit.
Candor TechSpace (Brookfield) is the reason Sector 135 exists as a PG market — a 30-acre, 11-tower IT SEZ housing TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Genpact, Samsung R&D, IBM, MetLife, Fidelity, NEC Technologies, Sopra Steria, WNS, and Teleperformance, with BPO floors running 24/7. Most PGs in the sector are an 8–12 minute walk from the campus gate.

Assotech Business Cresterra (Sec 135) — walk-to-work · Birlasoft (full tower), IndiaMART HQ (Tower 2, 6th floor), Genpact (Tower 5)
Advant Navis Business Park (Sec 142) — 3–5 min drive · KPMG, Qualcomm, Samsung, BHEL, British Council
GM IT Park (Sec 142) — 4–6 min drive
Stellar OKAS 1425 (Sec 142) — 4–6 min drive
BN Corporate Park (Sec 135) — ~7 min walk

Candor’s own infrastructure — a free shuttle to Sector 142 Metro, a 24/7 food court, ATMs, a gym, 4,808 parking slots — is a big part of why a room within walking distance of the gate carries a premium over cheaper sectors, and for most people here that premium is worth paying.
Yes — roughly two-thirds of PGs in Sector 135 include meals in the rent, usually breakfast and dinner. The large IT workforce at Candor TechSpace makes it practical for owners to run kitchens at scale, so food-included is more the norm here than in most Noida sectors. Where it isn’t bundled, expect to add meals for about ₹5,000/month — a handy benchmark when you’re comparing food-included against food-excluded listings.

If your PG doesn’t feed you: village dhabas in Bajidpur and Wazidpur serve dinner thalis for ₹60–₹80, the Candor TechSpace food court covers weekday lunches (₹80–₹150, closed weekends), and tiffin services run ₹2,500–₹4,000/month for two meals a day. Most tiffin operators serving the Candor crowd have no app, so ask your PG owner or colleagues for a contact — and when you order on Zomato or Swiggy, share a landmark to avoid the lane-address confusion common in the village interiors.
The nearest station is Noida Sector 142 on the Aqua Line (NMRC), about 1.1 km from the centre of Sector 135 — a 10–15 minute walk or 3–5 minutes by auto. If you work at Candor TechSpace, the free employee shuttle to Sector 142 Metro removes the last-mile problem entirely.

Sector 142 (Aqua Line) — ~1.1 km · 10–15 min walk, 3–5 min auto
Sector 143 (Aqua Line) — ~2.2 km · 5–7 min drive
Sector 137 (Aqua Line) — ~3.3 km · 6–10 min drive

The Aqua Line runs first trains around 6 AM (8 AM on Sundays) and last trains around 10 PM. Note: DMRC smart cards don’t work here — you need an NMRC CITY1 Smart Card (sold at any Noida Metro counter, ~10% off per trip) or a QR ticket, and since September 2025 one integrated QR works across both DMRC and NMRC. Reaching Rajiv Chowk takes about 58–65 minutes via the Sector 51–52 skywalk interchange for roughly ₹73, so if your nights run late, plan around that 10 PM last train.
Sector 135 is moderately safe — the corporate campus zones are well-secured, but the village lanes where most PGs sit are a different picture after dark. Knowing which side of the sector your building faces matters more here than almost anywhere else in Noida.

The Candor TechSpace and Assotech Business Cresterra campus areas run 24/7 CCTV, professional guards, and steady foot traffic from night-shift staff at Genpact, WNS, and Teleperformance, and the Expressway Police Station sits inside the sector, opposite the Fire Station on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The honest gap is the Bajidpur and Wazidpur village lanes — patchy street lighting and limited police presence after 8 PM, something resident reviews flag repeatedly.

Women on evening or night shifts should book a cab from the Candor gate rather than walking the village lanes home. Expressway-facing PGs are better lit and busier well into the night, so if safety is your priority, ask specifically which side of the sector a building faces before you book.
Most PGs in Sector 135 come with WiFi, power backup (8+ hours), RO drinking water, a bed and mattress, wardrobe, geyser, and CCTV in common areas, and meals (breakfast + dinner) at roughly two-thirds of them. AC rooms are available at nearly every property for ₹1,000–₹2,000/month extra — confirm whether that power is bundled or metered, because most PGs meter it at ₹8–₹12/unit and a summer AC bill can catch you out.

At premium PGs: attached bathrooms (₹3,000–₹4,000/month extra), housekeeping, laundry, individual WiFi logins (Zolo Nived), a fitness zone (Adved Luxury PG), and dedicated workspaces (Oh My Place).

What most village-side PGs don’t have: in-house laundry (local dhobis charge ₹5–₹15 a piece), housekeeping, and a lift — most buildings are 3–4 floor walk-ups with narrow stairs. Before you book, pin down three things in writing: how AC electricity is billed, the deposit amount, and the notice period to vacate.
